Michael Adeniranye is the founder of Aurelia RCM and the owner and operator of a healthcare company in California. His background includes thirteen years in federal and national security roles, where he led complex, high-stakes initiatives that required precision, accountability, and disciplined execution.
That same standard carried into healthcare ownership. As an operator, Michael saw firsthand how billing delays, denied claims, and aging A/R could quietly drain revenue from an otherwise well-run practice. Rather than accept those losses as part of the business, he rebuilt the billing process from the ground up, creating a more disciplined workflow designed to catch issues earlier, reduce denials, and improve collections.
That internal process eventually grew into Aurelia RCM. Today, Aurelia helps healthcare practices around the country strengthen their revenue cycle through experienced billing specialists, AI-assisted claim review, denial management, A/R follow-up, and hands-on operational support.
